SOLD

Back in mid-February we toyed with the idea of selling our first house, ... and as it turns out the market was in our favor.  We listed our cute house that we built three years ago on a cold, snowy Wednesday afternoon the last week of February.  By Friday morning we had three full price offers on the table (along with other offers), and by Saturday evening we were under contract.  It all happened so fast that we hardly had time to figure out where our next move was.   As it turns out, we REALLY like our neighborhood, and we went under contract to build across the street.  It was very bitter-sweet putting it up on the market....happy, happy memories here!
